

Yes if a video game uses music that still has a valid copyright (Bioshock or Fallout uses plenty of period music but alot of it does have a claim on it) then you can't use it. If it's licensed music, you can't have it in your videos.

You have to be careful when it comes to in-game music. 2K's license agreement will not cover 3rd party music. This license however does not extend outside of that.
